Beginning it’s journey as a Saison brewed with dandelions, this unfruited, unblended mixed culture ale displays rich, funky characteristics derived from an extended brettanomyces fermentation. Think white wine barrels, lemon pith, fresh apricots, and farmhouse funk. 6%.
