A rustic farmhouse ale fermented using a Belgian saison yeast strain and finished with a wild brettanomyces strain harvested from bumblebees, this is a one of a kind beer. Brewed in collaboration with the incredibly talented brewers from Yeastie Boys, this beer is as unique as it gets. Earthy with light tartness and elegant funk that lends incredible complexity, the finish is satisfyingly dry.
