West Coast IPAs were once the king – fruity, citrusy, and bracingly bitter. With the rise of hazier, less bitter variations (we love them too!), westies have fallen off the map a bit. We bring one roaring back to our menu with a classic West Coast hop bill, featuring Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade LupoMax and Amarillo LupoMax – with LupoMax hops delivering a more concentrated burst of piney, citrusy flavor and a satisfyingly assertive bitterness.
