Potter's Field is a collaboration brew with Berks County brewer, potter, and artist extraordinaire, Karen Palcho. We brewed the beer with Karen in Fall 2017, and then rested it in her Oak Barrel Solera for over 3 months. Bottled in 2018, we think it's ready for you! This delicately soured farmhouse saison has a wild character that embodies the spirit of Berks County with notes of tart berry, bright freshly squeezed lemon, pleasant mellow oak, subtle earthy molasses, and old leather.
