Anomalous: El Dorado & Sultana

Описание

Anomalous is a Mixed culture Brett pale blended from four different beers and brewed using local Pilsner, Wheat, and Honey Malt. It was fermented with multiple Brett strains and one of our house cultures prior to going into neutral oak for many months. Hopped in the whirlpool with Cascade and Citra then dry hopped with El Dorado and Sultana.
