With creaminess as our goal, we created a malt billpacked with extra proteins to create a full, velvetymouthfeel and fermented it out using our haziesthouse yeast strain.For the hop bill, we’ve paired up flowable SabroIncognito with Cryo Cashmere, the two hops we findrate highest on perceived creaminess and added insome Southern Cross hops from New Zealand toround out the profile.These elements have joined like finely machinedcomponents sliding together and created oursmoothest IPA that is bursting with tropicalflavours of coconut cream, honeydew melon,mango and pineapple
