What do you need when summer’s finally in town? A combination of the most refreshing beer, spice and fruit!That’s why our brewer Lidia decided to experiment a bit by souring one part of her brew with Lactobacillus, and ferment the other with wit and wheat yeast (a hell of a tongue-twister!). After blending these halves together, the beer has been infused with lemon zest and toasted coriander seeds. It has not been pasteurised in order to keep all the flavours of this bacteria, yeast and aromatic additions, and let them evolve.
