The latest edition in our shed series, Lactohop is a kettle soured pale ale featuring one of our favourite hops, Galaxy. The pilsner and wheat malts keep this unfiltered beer pale and hazy, and allow the tartness from the souring process to show through as notes of lemon and lime, balanced beautifully with the vibrant fruit we’ve come to know and love from this hop.
