What is a Mountain IPA? Think somewhere between East Coast (New England) and West Coast. Typically with C hops, the dominant flavour in this is from Cascade so expect bitter orange.Hot side hops are Wolf and Cascade while the dry hops consist of Centennial, Cascade, Riwaka and Motueka.Brewed in the memory of one of our regulars, Adrian Birchall.
