This is a collaboration between our Bubble lab and Brander Urstoff. Explore Bavaria’s ancient dark beer recipe Dunkel. The brewing process retains the low-temperature gelatinization and mashing method to make this dark wheat beer come to life. We adhere to the tradition of brewing and mashing and have carefully chosen a fermentation temperature of 24 degree Celsius as a tribute to the recognized German tradition of brewing. Smooth and refreshing, rich wheat flavor and exudes toffee, cocoa nuts flavor.
