Using orange and lemon peel, ginger, coriander and a special European hop, this 60 year old recipe provides a balanced citrus kick with botanical notes. By adding cinchona bark, tonic water bitterness combines with the light hop bitterness and dry finish to give a well-rounded mouthfeel. Brewed for GABS 2015.
