This delectable stout was brewed with our friends from @mondaynight After our long, vigorous marshmallow punchdown, we boiled the wort for decades to develop a beastly backbone character. We then rested this finished beer on Madagascar vanilla beans, toasted almonds and Cyprus wood for a decadent treat with a woody finish.
