With a generous nod to tradition, Luft rises to the occasion of Oktoberfest ’24. This keller style pilsner is more forward in malt character, hop presence and ABV meaning Luft lends itself to leisurely afternoons and large serves. Crafted with Weyermann Barke Pilsner and Dark Munich for a solid malt foundation, Luft gets its light, floral, and crisp hop kick from Hallertau Blanc and Loral. It's all about balance here. A long, slow cold fermentation and heaps of natural carbonation bring this brew to peak perfection. This is as close to Bavarian tradition as I want to get while keeping that unmistakable BrewDog flair. Prost!
