A Japanese inspired Belgium ale, pouring a rich copper with noticeable toasted malt and caramel flavours. With the addition of Yuzu fruit and Szechuan pepper corns, these two ingredients really compliment the fruitiness of the Belgium yeast with their combined natural citrus tones.
