Casey Family Preserves - Blackberry & Cherry (Triple Crown & Danbue 3/29/19)

This blend consists of Triple Crown Blackberries and Danube sour cherries on house brewed Saison, one of the first brews we had on our new system! Blackberries dominate the nose while the sour cherries add body to the beer and slightly dominate the taste and finish. These fruits were grown right across the street from each other in Hotchkiss and I think you can tell by the complimentary flavors. Extremely small single barrel release.
