Harvest Altar

Описание

Harvest Altar is our autumnal Brown Ale. Brewed to mark the Mabon (Autumn Equinox), we see thelast sheaf of the harvest pulled from the Earth, the decline of Nature & the coming of Winter. Withthat chill in the air we move towards richer, darker beers. We layered a few different English malts which lend their character beautifully to the beer. Giving us a rich, malty beer with a modern twist, American hops. Bravo was used for bittering & a healthy charge of Cascade in the whirlpool & dry hop.
