The member voted blends are now ready! You picked a spirit barrel barrel aged blend with peaches. Here's what I came up with: rum barrel-aged East Bank, both our light and dark versions. Instead of peaches, we had just received a limited amount of nectarines from Palisade, Colorado. decided to use those instead as prefer nectarines over peaches, however slightly, and given how small the quantity of nectarines knew we were getting, thought it would make the blend more special. We used the nectarines at a rate of four pounds per barrel. This blend has medium acidity, noticeable rum character in both the nose and taste and is drinking perfectly. The nectarines provide a different intensity compared to previous spirit East Bank and peach beers we've done. like to think you, the Extended Family, did all the work to get the ball to the net and was there for the alley-oop.
