La Grezza, our Italian style dry-hopped pilsner, is the house beer of Grezzo. Grezzo changes their menus fairly often and to reflect this, we change the Grezza recipe as well. It is always single malt and single hop, but never tastes as simple as the recipes are.Our newest addition to the Grezza portfolio, is Monroe: A new German aroma hop. Expect aromas of tomato vines, classic noble aroma, green herbaceousness, but with a flavor of grapefruit peel, orange rind, and subtle berry notes. This Italian Pils pairs excellently with food, or as an aperitif on its own
