Truth is the ultimate expression of Tree House Barrel-aged stout. Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, tootsie rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional—a testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. To elevate this character to new heights, we’ve crafted a limited run of Tiramisu Truth. This variation was conditioned on a blend of specialty coffees and heaps of vanilla beans. Once poured, aromas of buttery ladyfingers, rich coffee syrup, and notes of sugary spice lift out of the glass. It’s a decadent embrace of everything we love about Truth—but with a delectable Italian twist!
