We’ve aged our Black Noble in Highland Park whisky barrels for 11 months. Intense barrel aroma, with redcurrant hints, and delicate coffee accent noticeable from the first smell heralds that it’s going to be a tasty beer. In the taste, very distinctive vanilla, barrel with delicate accent of red fruits. All perfectly balanced altogether.
