Barrel aged foeder blended with young foeder to achieve a well balanced and complex wild sour ale. Whole fruit added, giving the beer an enticing sweet and juicy aroma. It is funky and sour with soft notes of sweet ripe peaches. Noticeable oak and vanillin with a dry finish.ABV :5.8%
