Just Like Our Newest Princess, Poppy, Our Pilsner is Both Czech and Irish. We Use Floor-Malted Czech Pilsner Malt, Irish Pale Malt, and Saaz Special Hops from the Czech Republic in the Boil and Dry Hop.
