This beer, with Mosaic and Citra as the main hops, we aimed for a solid Hazy IPA with a fruity and gorgeous hop aroma! The base is made with oats for more protein and a malt composition that leaves a solid body. Brewed with "VerdantIPA" yeast and 1st dry hopped before the end of primary fermentation. Once the yeast and hops are removed, it is double dry hopped!The aroma is gorgeous, like tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is moist and soft. Flavors include citrus, mango, apricot, and peach. Bitterness is moderate, with a little bitterness from hops.
