Hellweg Dortmunder-Style Lager

Brewed in our Ottawa brewpub, this is the first blond lager beer ever brewed by Mill Street there. Using the soft water in Ottawa, we have added a precise amount of hardening minerals to reproduce the water hardness typical of the city of Dortmund where this German style comes from. Lightly hop flavoured, but very dry/bitter, this pale lager is very grainy and malt forward but perfectly thirst quenching for summer.
