Experimental IPA #45 (Nelson Sauvin/Milk Sugar)

Experimental IPA #45 is dry hopped exclusively with a lot of Nelson Sauvin. Sometimes when we brew with Nelson Sauvin we find it doesn't quite hit as hard as we want it to, so for this IPA we upped the dry hop rate and added milk sugar to round out the Nelson character and help bring out more juice. We think it worked pretty nice. Big notes of honeydew melon, vanilla, and lime.
