We took a bit of a different take on a bourbon barrel aged stout by crafting a unique grain bill with locally-grown, Midwestern corn. This stout was aged in a blend of J. Henry & Sons bourbon barrels for over 3 years. The result is a beautiful stout, and a captivating homage to that Midwestern gold. Delicately sweet with notes of vanilla and toffee.
