This saison was first fermented in stainless in August 2019. Then we added peaches from our friends at Cider Hill Farm and matured jt ij Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay barrels for 12 months in the cellr. The resulting beer is a balance of soft acidity and shbtle fubk with a gentle peach finish.
