Elevator Music

Описание

Elevator Music is a double dry-hopped IPA showcasing some of our favourite US hop varieties. We start with a light straw colour, with a medium haze which glows in the glass. There is a punchy aroma of orange, light mango and a hint of berry. We have fermented this beer with Kveik yeast which brings with it citrus yeast esters which are characteristic of the style. On the palate the body is extra smooth and silky. The balance between bitterness and tropical fruit sweetness is on point, with Citro Cryo, Mosaic and Amarillo bring all the juiciness we love. Orange peel, passionfruit, light blueberry and a hint of pine to round it out. The finish is juicy but dry and crushable.
