Peachy orange in colour with a medium to high level haze.Complex aromas of oak,vanilla,red wine and caramelised stonefruit.Big oak flavours upfront accompanied by a balanced bitterness,a crisp acidity and dry finish.This beer had a stainless primary ferment with 60 kegs of White Nectarine added at end of fermentation. It was then transferred into Rose barrels for 21 months. In that time it was inoculated with Brettanomyces and Pedio.Named in Celebration of Sarah and Hannah's 5 yr Anniversary.
