Wizard People was brewed with Premium 2-Row. White wheat and a touch of Acidulated malt. No hops in the boil, but wizard people has a light dry hop with Idaho 7. It is fermented with a Belgian-Saison strain, then near the end it was dosed with a Lactobacillus plantarum.
