The beers in this series are a way for RRBC'S brewing team to develop new recipes, try different ingredients, and research brewing process techniques on a similar scale, in our 5 barrel pilot brewery.This particular variety features 100% New Zealand hops with an emphasis on Rakau, along with Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron. It has notes of tropical fruit, citrus and pear.It's smooth and carries a bright golden hazy appearance with citrusy tones and a piney finish that is very chuggable. Cheers and enjoy!
