Soul 2024 - Shiraz Wild AleA blend of Chardonnay barrel-aged Saison that was inoculated with Brettanmoyces and then blended 50-50 with our house culture inoculated Foudre. It was then aged on local whole-bunch Shiraz grapes and underwent further fermentation in these barrels from a variety of yeasts and bacteria.Experience tannic red berries with a spritzy, full-bodied, and funky profile.
