"I can never sleep in when I’m onthe West coast, so I’d got up earlyto have a mooch about and see if Icould spot any otters. Wanderingalong the coast on a bright, crispmorning is a beautiful way to clearthe mind and soul so I wanted toproduce a light, fresh beer to matchthat feeling. I didn’t see any otters."- Pat Jones
