Fermented on the farm in Cowfold. Fresh pressed Sussex grown traditional cider apples from their orchard and swapped, surplus, dessert apples from the gardens of Sussex. Wild and wine yeasts. Unfiltered cloudy. Their appreciative cattle get very excited when fed annual treat of pomace - Silly Moos!
