A Beer in Honour of IPA Day 2019!A deliciously modern take on the American IPA style, brewed with a variety of juicy American hops including Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot. This will also be the first time in Akasha's history we will be using Cryo hops.What are Cryo Hops? The entire fresh hop cone is frozen with liquid nitrogen during processing to separate the lupulin glands and create highly concentrated hop pellets with twice the amount of hop oils. Beers brewed with cryo hops showcase juicy and resinous flavours with greatly reduced grassy characteristics.
