Acclimatization: Mixed Culture Saison 7.1%This oak fermented, mixed-culture saison was aged on organic plums from the Blue Fruit Farm, honeyberries from Honeyberry USA, red raspberries from Lorence’s Berry Farm, and cherries from our friend in Northfield MN. This jammy delight was conditioned on 5.2 pounds of fruit per gallon of saison. Bottle conditioned with rye barrel-aged Minnesota wildflower honey. It was quarantined for months prior to its release. Enjoy this sparkling saison in the great outdoors amongst a large group of people.
