With an ambition to contribute to the circular economy, the water from this brew has been recycled from wastewater and has been treated to potable drinking water standards before starting the brewing process.Bacchus brewing have used it to brew a tropical Pacific style pale lager displaying delicate passion fruit notes while showcasing the quality of the water.
