Collabo between Gallicus and Alpha.New England style IPA with El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops.Thus, 95% of the malts are from Quebec and half of the dry hopping was done with El Dorado from Quebec from the Lupuline Hop Yard.With the change in visual identity, we also decided to make a paradigm shift and stop using adjuvants such as maltodextrin (non-fermentable sugar).The result is a beer that offers a nose reminiscent of currant, white grape and citrus zest.The head is really consistent thanks to the use of raw wheat from Quebec.On the palate, it is an explosion of tropical flavors that you can't get enough of!
