Our eighth entry in The Hop Workshop program, which experiments with unique combinations of ingredients and techniques to produce novel, hop-forward beers. The Hop Workshop #8 features a resinous blast of fruity, sticky hops that offer flavors of papaya, orange marmalade, spruce, and ripe pineapple—vibrant hop notes that beautifully blend with grist notes of honey, caramel, and freshly baked bread.
