We have loved seeing this hop evolve and improve every crop year and look forward to the newest harvest.We played with Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin in this beer. Big notes of late-season ripe strawberries, peachy/apricot stone fruit, and soft floral/herbal back note. Keep your eyes (and taste buds) ready for new releases with mosaic.
