After years of working in the coffee industry, that's my original black stuff, but Irish stout has always been my other black stuff.Irish stout should be sessionable black beer with a dry-roasted character brewed with roasted barley. Well first part tick !!Add to this the coffee notes, bittersweet dark chocolate and smooth aftertaste that's double tick.Thanks to David Walsh a great colleague and friend from the coffee industry for the name inspiration.
