Our SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) beer in collaboration with Brook House Hops from Hereford. Created using Phoenix hops grown in Hereford to showcase the amazing mango, tropical, molasses, and citrus notes this hop produces. The sweet Maris Otter malt base is fermented with a traditional ale yeast to give a unique ale character.
