Apricot Afterthought

Originally a Brut IPA, brewed with Pilsen Malt and Rice and dry hopped with Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc, we decided as an afterthought to age this beauty on a healthy dose of apricot to give it an effervescence. Stone fruit on the nose, tangy sweetness up front, low bitterness and a deceptively dry finish.
