Nature, Science, and Art all come together in Foraging for Archetypes, a beautiful Saison Noir fermented with our house yeast culture, and conditioned on Wild Fox Grapes foraged by our friends at Broad Wing Farm, and luscious Red Raspberries grown by the great folks at Weaver’s Orchard. Brewed with a generous amount of Dark Belgian Candi Syrup and a touch of roasted malts, this one is dry as a bone, with pleasant notes of sweet raspberry, dried currants, and light fig.
