There’s something just flat out delicious about sprinkling a bit of spice on fresh fruit in the summertime. Whether it’s mangoes with tajin or, as is the case here, watermelon with a kick of chili powder, the result is as unique as it is delicious. In addition to the watermelon puree and chili powder, we also added sea salt and lime puree, creating a refreshing, spicy, one-of-a-kind beer built for summertime.
