Four years ago we brewed with Fabio from Arbànt a herbal Pilsner. We served our part fresh from the tank, he however took the beer to Ticino and let it age in wooden barrels. Four years later we meet again and brew the same beer. Now we have the fresh and the amazingly aged wild version next to each other! Thanks for that Fabio! ?
