We aged this magnificently delicious blended barleywine in bourbon barrels before doubling down with an extended stay in sherry casks which had previously been used for aging rum. The result is a marvelously complex beverage that sports a bewitching mélange of oak, caramel, and dark fruit that’s as drinkable as it is intriguing.
