Rather than mix beer and lemonade, we made a batch of lemonade with our mixed-ferment Berliner Weisse in place of the water! We started by sugar-extracting the zest from 110 lemons then we juiced the lemons and mixed it all together for an intensely-lemony, slightly sweet, super-refreshing beer!
