TWO: Session IPA

To celebrate our second birthday we have brewed a series of four IPAs. We wanted to explore the style that we enjoy brewing the most, taking you on a journey of drinkability. We have chosen to use a selection of our favourite hop varieties to bring forward the flavours we enjoy most in each of these styles. Our Session IPA is hopped with a combination of American and Kiwi hops. We've gone for Motueka, Wakatu and Citra bringing soft rock melon and tropical fruit aromas. The colour is a light and hazy shade of orange with a bright white head. On the palate, there is a medium body which is soft and smooth. There is a huge hit of rockmelon with a hint of citrus to finish. Overall it is extremely crushable and refreshing.
