SDIPA is an homage to our San Diego roots and to the city's ceaseless innovation of the modern American IPA. True to SD style, this IPA's straightforward malt base is light and simple allowing plenty of room for the hops to shine. Here, a select blend of high alpha hops features a complex array of flavor and aroma while the bitterness is assertive without overwhelming the palate.
